After "Ogle Place after Spring Rain" highlighting dogwoods, an image at the peak of Autumn Color became a top priority in my shooting schedule. This spectacular day was captured at 50 MP and brought to a more conventional 3:2 ratio for prints.
This 19th century "saddlebag" cabin with two living areas that share one chimney is found south of Gatlinburg Tennessee. A four-pen barn rests on the hill. The cabin was built by Noah "Bud" Ogle over five years spanning the late 1880's and early 1890's.
